The Southern Alberta Art Gallery will hold its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 6PM at the Gallery (601 3 Avenue S, Lethbridge AB T1J 0H4)

1) Presentation of the report of the Board by the Chair;
2) Presentation of the report of the Administration by the Executive Director;
3) Presentation of the financial statements and report of the auditors; and
4) Election of Directors.
